Your most convenient and well priced option is with a company called “Supershuttle”. They will bring you to TBK @ $25 for 1 passenger, $31 for 2, $37 for 3 passengers etc. They have a free phone next to the information centre. A Taxi is around $40-$50. A cheaper option for the single traveller is with the Airporter. $11 one way and $18 return. Leave the bus at Britomart bus station. From here catch the “Link bus” from platform 9 travelling in the anti clockwise direction. Leave the bus at the Three Lamps stop which is the 1st one on Ponsonby Rd. Look for the BNZ (Bank of New Zealand), next to the bank is a walk way through their carpark. At the exit you can see TBK, a 2 storey wooden villa with a flag pole out front.


Leave the motorway at the Nelson Street off ramp. It is important that you turn left before the 1st set of lights. In a short distance turn left at lights into Wellington St. Travel to the end of Wellington St where you will turn left into Franklin Rd. Travel to the end of Franklin Rd where you will turn right at the lights into Ponsonby Rd. Travel to the end where you will turn left (no option) into Pompallier Tce (one way) and then first right into Redmond St (one way). Prosford St is second on the left off Redmond.


Be sure to be in the far left lane on your approach to the Auckland Harbour bridge. Near the south end of the bridge take the Shelly Beach Rd off ramp. Travel to the end and turn left into Jervois Rd. Move fairly quickly into the middle lane so as to turn right into Blake St. Prosford St is first on the left.



 
A Taxi from here will cost around $8 and the Link Bus $1.30. To catch the Link walk down Hobson St. Turn left at first set of lights into Victoria St west. A few metres down to bus stop. The Link bus is every 10 min weekdays and every 15 evenings and weekends. Once on a bus the ride will be around 5 min. After climbing up College Hill Rd the bus will turn left into Ponsonby Rd.
