A surcharge of NZ$3-$5 per person per night applies for non members.
BBH cards can be purchased from The Brown Kiwi on your arrival.

Between October and April our bookings are essential. We recommend that you reserve as far in advance as possible during this time. A Visa/Mastercard credit card details and expiry date are essential to confirm your reservation. These will only be held for security and will not be processed until your arrival. You can submit your credit card details through our secure card server.
Alternatively you can call or fax on +64 (09) 378 0191 during office hours. Our cancellation policy is 24 hours for a bunk bed and 48 for a private room to avoid any penalties.
Summer Rates: 1st October to 30th April. Winter Rates: 1st May to 31st October.
  • Each person requires a card to get the BBH rate otherwise the non-member rate applies.
  • The beds in our double rooms are fully made up.
  • All bunk beds are made up, duvets are available @ $2 for the whole stay.
  • All rooms share bathrooms and have access to TV lounge, kitchen and dining room.
  • There is heating in every room.
  • Children of all ages are welcome. No charge for those aged 5 years of age or younger.
  • Discount rates are possible for stays of 1 week or more during winter.
